Brand Advocate Position in Dunwoody, Georgia

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products, encouraging them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. The goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using free product offers to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to capture customer attention, interest, desire, and action.
• Encourage customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
