About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This position involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entry doors by enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and make a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, where they can receive a repair quote, join the mailing list, or commit to a purchase.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using persuasive scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (determined by Cellairis).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience recommended but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
