Brand Advocate Position in Auburn, Alabama

A retail sales role based in Auburn, Alabama, focused on driving foot traffic and converting passersby into customers through product sampling and persuasive engagement.

About the role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entrance. Your goal is to entice walk-by customers with free products, encouraging them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), you will guide customers to the Cellairis counter, where they can receive a repair quote, join the mailing list, or redeem free offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using persuasive scripts to drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to incentivize customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Encourage customers to show broken phones for repair quotes or join the mailing list.
• Convert objections into sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and adherence to the Cellairis Retail Dress Code.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable distance).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience recommended but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Results-oriented with the ability to turn objections into leads.
