Brand Advocate Position in Hoover, Alabama

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. Your role will involve enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action), you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products or services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Encourage customers to participate in special offers by visiting the store and agreeing to terms.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert leads into purchases.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience recommended but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
