Brand Advocate Position in Montgomery, Alabama

About the role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Multiple shifts available.
