About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This position involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entry, enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, persuade them to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to entice them into the store.
• Offer free products to encourage customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive sales by converting customer interactions into purchases.

• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
