About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and desire for Cellairis products/services.
• Entice customers to visit the store by offering free products or services in exchange for participation (e.g., repair quote, mailing list sign-up).
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities using persuasive communication.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to focus on high-potential customers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
