Role of a Dream Maker

You will support customers with their important bank transactions. You’ll also get to know them by being curious and asking questions about their financial needs and goals so you can suggest the right ASB products and services to improve their financial well-being.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Record night and mail deposits.
• Provide solutions through building and deepening relationships, identifying customer needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Explain and promote features and benefits of bank products and services.
• Contribute to meeting branch goals by referring customers to business partners as appropriate.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Educate on anytime, anywhere banking options. Provide personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.
• Support by getting extensive teller training in ASB products, services and processes, both in a classroom setting and on the job.

• Demonstrated ability to problem solve, be resourceful and work effectively under pressure.
