Role Of a Dream Maker

As a valued member of our team, you will support customers with their important bank transactions. You’ll also get to know them by being curious and asking questions about their financial needs and goals so you can suggest the right ASB products and services to improve their financial well-being.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Record night and mail deposits.
• Provide solutions through building and deepening relationships, identifying customer needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Explain and promote features and benefits of bank products and services and refer customers to business partners as appropriate.
• Support You Will Get
• Extensive teller training in ASB products, services and processes, both in a classroom setting and on the job.
• The tools and support you need to be successful.
