How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Record night and mail deposits.
• Provide solutions through building and deepening relationships, identifying customer needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Explain and promote features and benefits of bank products and services, and refer customers to business partners as appropriate.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Educate on anytime, anywhere banking options, providing personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.
• Support customers by referring them to business partners as appropriate.

About the Role

At American Savings Bank, our tellers are key in helping to make dreams possible for customers across the state. Our role is to support customers with their important bank transactions and to get to know them by being curious and asking questions about their financial needs and goals so we can suggest the right ASB products and services to improve their financial well-being.
