Branch Recruiter (Multi-Site)
Sources, Screens, and Schedules
The Branch Recruitment Coordinator sources, screens, and schedules interviews for hourly field roles. They manage and coordinate hiring activities from job posting to candidate screening, interview scheduling, and pre-hire onboarding steps using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Recruitment Support
Accurately tracks and manages candidate data, and utilizes reporting tools to create and share recruitment progress updates and hiring dashboards. Communicates effectively with branch leaders regarding interview schedules and regular status updates.
Strategic Sourcing
Serves as a true partner to branch managers by providing weekly updates on recruiting activity, market insights, and strategy recommendations tailored to their branch needs. Supports new hire onboarding and training and coordinates follow-up check-ins.
Branch Visits and Community Engagement
Visits branches regularly to build relationships, understand hiring pain points, and support local recruiting efforts. Represents BrightView at hiring events and actively builds local partnerships that support talent attraction. Supports additional talent initiatives or recruiting needs as needed.
Communication and Collaboration
Proven ability to build relationships, influence hiring partners, and drive recruiting outcomes. Strong organizational and communication skills—must be able to manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations. Decisive problem solver, capable of multitasking while prioritizing and balancing the interests of the company, clients, and employees. Outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities at all levels within the organization.
Language Proficiency
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with ability to read/write in both English and Spanish preferred. Comfortable working in an on-site role, with occasional travel to local branches, community events, and hiring fairs.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends. Valid Driver’s License. Physical demands/situation: Work is conducted in an office environment. This role includes routinely traveling in a car.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $30.00 to $33.00 (Hourly)
