About the Role
Responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within the branch. Lead and develop branch staff with the goal of providing EPIC service to members throughout every service offered.
Responsibilities

- Maintain effective employee relations within the branch.
- Monitor all key performance indicators within the branch to ensure profitable and sound business practice as well as the highest quality of service for the members.
- Evaluate job performance of branch staff through regular coaching sessions including observations, one-on-ones, and pipeline/lead management. Record coaching and progress in electronic journals in compliance with internal guidelines and processes.
- Apply and evaluate security and internal operation procedures. Audit policies and procedures for the branch to ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, SLAs, and internal QC expectations.
- Monitor branch activity including transaction volume, loan volume, errors of service, teller and loan personal sales, and new accounts to ensure balanced performance within the branch locations.
- Manage the safety and security of the branch, ensuring staff is properly trained in security and robbery procedures.
- Ensure branch staff receives ongoing training in products/services, current procedures, and all other necessary information.
- Create monthly schedules that ensure efficient branch coverage using traffic pattern reports and sales volumes. Monitor time-off requests.
- Actively participate in all aspects of branch sales, including loan interviews, processing, and closing loans, opening new accounts, and providing excellent service to members.
- Oversee monthly document audits to maintain minimal QC errors and hold staff accountable. Investigate audit findings and implement solutions.
- Assist staff members in solving complex problems or member escalations, promoting critical thinking and problem-resolution skills.
- Engage in regular community involvement, including attending local chamber meetings and community-based events to build relationships with local businesses and organizations.

- Working knowledge of a variety of financial products and services.

Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a branch environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales/service experience in a retail and/or financial institution environment.
