Branch Manager - Rice Village
About the role
First Community Credit Union is currently seeking a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leadership, team coaching, and business development. Along with overseeing the daily operations, the Branch VP is responsible for guiding their branch team towards meeting established individual and team goals. This location features ITM (Integrated Teller Machines) in the lobby, which enhances the member service experience through technology and allows the branch staff to focus on building and maintaining relationships. Saturday availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Guide branch team toward meeting individual and team goals
- Coach and develop team members
- Drive business development and member relationship building
- Leverage ITM technology to enhance member service experience
- Ensure Saturday availability
Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree or completion of a specialized course of study or equivalent work experience
Experience: Three to five years of branch operations and supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting or related experience
