Branch Manager (Pahoa Branch)

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; rotational Saturday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (hours may vary).

Pay

$60,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience, grow market share, and achieve operational excellence.
• Hire, develop, and coach staff, set clear expectations, and drive performance to meet sales and service goals.
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Represent the bank in the community, fostering trust, accountability, and long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Three years of proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership.

• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire.
• Leadership and people development: ability to lead, coach, set expectations, and provide feedback.
• Sales and business development: plan and manage sales activities, monitor pipelines, and support growth.
• Communication: clear verbal and written communication.
• Customer experience: apply regulatory standards, maintain controls, and support compliance.
• Financial management: manage budgets and review financial information for decision‑making.
• Technical skills: proficiency with CRM and digital platforms to support team and customer needs.
