About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. You will lead revenue growth and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, solutions that promote financial well-being, and a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment. This role involves influencing a broad range of ecosystem partners, ensuring risk management and compliance, and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
- Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households, and by leading ecosystem partnerships.
- Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement.
- Coach team members in consultative selling to enable customer financial well-being.
- Develop foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
- Ensure delivery of a differentiated client experience, including technology-enabled interactions and advice-oriented consultation.
- Lead effective problem resolution to simplify banking for customers.
- Connect all PNC resources to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
- Drive the employee experience by acquiring, retaining, and developing talent.
- Make talent development a priority and ensure performance expectations are met through effective coaching and performance management.
- Model PNC values and support an inclusive workplace.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk.
- Mitigate sales practice risk through sound decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
