The Branch Manager leads overall branch success by delivering exceptional, needs-based member experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving strong operational and financial results. This role oversees all aspects of branch operations, including member service, sales performance, employee development, and community engagement. The Branch Manager builds strong relationships within the community, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures alignment with Sun’s strategic priorities. Success in this role means creating an environment where employees thrive, members feel valued, and the branch consistently achieves performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff using Sun’s strength-based management approach.
- Foster a high-performing, people-first culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities to support individual and team success.
- Address employee relations matters promptly, fairly, and in alignment with organizational values and policies.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional member service.
- Establish and execute business plans, financial goals, and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and manage branch expenses within budget.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance performance and member experience.
- Drive branch sales performance by identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships and expand product usage.
