Branch Manager/Area Manager
Job Summary
Actively participate in and foster the Bank's Culture of excellence while supporting the Bank's strategic initiatives. The Branch Manager/Area Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations, customer experience, team engagement, and overall performance of an assigned home branch while also providing leadership, coaching, sales execution, and operational oversight for three to four additional branches. This dual-role position balances direct branch leadership with market leadership by developing Branch Managers and their teams, driving consistent execution of retail strategies, strengthening community relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all assigned locations.
Consistently and effectively manage behavior within the Bank's established customer service standards and core values while adhering to all established Bank Policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Must possess:

- demonstrated ability to successfully manage a retail branch while leading multiple branch leaders
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products, operations, sales management, and banking regulations
- ability to travel regularly between assigned branches and community events
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Seven to ten years of progressive retail banking experience.
- Demonstrated success as a Branch Manager with proven coaching and sales execution results.
- Multi-branch leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead multiple locations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance, and relationship management.
