Responsibilities

  • Manage branch accounts payable and process invoices and payments
  • Register and license registered branch personnel and update Form U4s
  • Approve timecards and track employee time off for non-exempt staff
  • Order business cards and stationary
  • Handle building service requests
  • Provide technology support: computers, printers, phones
  • Manage facilities and coordinate with HR on personnel issues and concerns

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience preferred
  • High proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills to interface and articulate with all levels of employees and clients
