Responsibilities
- Manage branch accounts payable and process invoices and payments
- Register and license registered branch personnel and update Form U4s
- Approve timecards and track employee time off for non-exempt staff
- Order business cards and stationary
- Handle building service requests
- Provide technology support: computers, printers, phones
- Manage facilities and coordinate with HR on personnel issues and concerns
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience preferred
- High proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills to interface and articulate with all levels of employees and clients
