Responsibilities

  • Manage branch accounts payable and process invoices and payments
  • Register and license registered branch personnel and update Form U4s
  • Approve timecards and track employee time off for non-exempt staff
  • Order business cards and stationary
  • Build service requests
  • Handle technology support: computers, printers, phones
  • Manage facilities and coordinate with HR on HR matters
  • Coordinate with HR and home office to process paperwork for recruits and new hires
  • Onboard new recruits and ensure branch personnel records are accurate and current
  • Liaise with HR on compensation and benefits inquiries
  • Afford to assist Branch Manager with personnel issues and concerns

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience preferred
  • High proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
  • FINRA Registrations: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
