Responsibilities
- Manage branch accounts payable and process invoices and payments
- Register and license registered branch personnel and update Form U4s
- Approve timecards and track employee time off for non-exempt staff
- Order business cards and stationary
- Build service requests
- Handle technology support: computers, printers, phones
- Manage facilities and coordinate with HR on HR matters
- Coordinate with HR and home office to process paperwork for recruits and new hires
- Onboard new recruits and ensure branch personnel records are accurate and current
- Liaise with HR on compensation and benefits inquiries
- Afford to assist Branch Manager with personnel issues and concerns
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience preferred
- High proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
- FINRA Registrations: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
