About the role
The Branch Administrator (BA) supports the Branch Manager by handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing support to the Branch and its staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Events and Conferences (EnC) expense requests.
- Navigate the firm’s resources and act as a liaison with Market Administrator and other business partners.
- Support Human Resources by processing I-9 forms, new hire onboarding, and termination paperwork.
- Communicate and manage firm initiatives for the Branch and regional initiatives.
- Participate in training and education programs to stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and conduct ad hoc projects, training, and events.
- Perform administrative functions for Branch Management team, including telephone coverage, meeting coordination, and file maintenance.
- Serve as a point of contact for Branch facilities management and personnel needs.
- Administer other duties as delegated by the Market Management Team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience.

- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good judgment and exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and collaborate with others.

- Proactive or self-starter attitude.
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Benefits
Morgan Stanley offers a competitive total compensation package, including base pay ranging from $34,320.00 to $90,000.00 per year, depending on the position. Additional benefits may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other Morgan Stanley-sponsored benefit programs.
