About the Role

The Branch Administrator assists the operations team with a variety of administrative functions, working closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations for assigned Service Centers. This role supports the operations of one or more company locations as an assistant to the Manager or Director, requiring professionalism, courtesy, and focus.

Responsibilities

  • Order supplies according to purchasing policy and procedures.
  • Support submission of payroll to the Home Office and maintain payroll records.
  • Support submission of completed work tickets to the Home Office.
  • Assist in Service Center operations and projects.
  • Update employee profiles and direct deposit information in payroll software.
  • Coordinate with operations team members to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and local service calls.
  • Follow all company purchasing policies.
  • Mail, upload, or email correspondence to local authorities or internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure local compliance with the latest Home Office guidance.
  • Support the Home Office team in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with cloud-based technology, including Microsoft 365 or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Able to pass an illicit drug screen and criminal background check.

  • Accurate data entry.
  • Managing processes and analyzing information.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Professional typing ability.
  • Organizational proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud applications.

Language Skills

Employees must use written and oral communication skills regularly, read and interpret data, and respond to people and situations. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is highly beneficial.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently stand, walk, and sit.
  • Occasionally use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Long working hours may be required for emergencies, urgent responses, or winter weather storm management.

Work Environment

The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.

Security

  • Must not use illicit drugs during employment.
  • Able to pass security background checks meeting underwriting standards.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets underwriting standards.
