About the role
The Branch Administrative Assistant III supports the branch office by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including customer service, document preparation, and clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical assistance to Processors, including completing special projects, compiling reports, and ordering necessary documents.
- Complete loan file audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of files.
- Print and mail disclosure documents as needed.
- Maintain and reconcile appraisal and credit report invoice discrepancies.
- Answer incoming calls, provide customer service, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with coordination of events, meetings, and conferences, and prepare meeting materials.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Create and update forms for efficient file management.
- Coordinate with IT helpdesk to troubleshoot basic office technology issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of four years' experience in an administrative assistant role.
- Prior experience in Mortgage lending, Finance, or similar fields is preferred.
- Ability to type 60-70 wpm and proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Four years' experience in an administrative assistant role preferred.
- Prior experience in Mortgage lending, Finance, or similar fields strongly preferred.
- Prior experience processing or originating loans helpful and strongly preferred.
Supervision
Intermittent to low supervision required, depending on experience.
Physical Requirements
- Work is primarily sedentary: general office mobility.
- Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
- Adequate manual dexterity to perform tasks.
- Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish, and interpret information received visually and through audio.
Environmental Conditions
Office environment – no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
