Executive Administrative Assistant III
What's the Job?
Proactively and strategically manage complex, ever-changing calendars for executive leaders.
Carefully coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and visa coordination.
Serve as a professional gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing high-level correspondence with diplomacy.
Oversee and reconcile monthly expense reports, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and tracking departmental budgets.
Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including PowerPoint presentations, briefing documents, and agendas, and attend meetings to capture detailed minutes and follow up on action items.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, preferably within retail, consumer packaged goods, or related industries.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity and compliance.
