Boyd Thermal by Eaton - Logistics/Warehouse Specialist

General Responsibilities

• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipping logistics for domestic and international shipments, including packaging procurement and disposal.
• Organize warehouse, part labeling, part kitting, and shipment processing.
• Coordinating with buyers and engineering development team to track part arrival.
• Safeguard inventory audit and organization for efficient product assembly and test.
• Manage product shutdown for inventory disposal or restocking.
• Supervise inventory audit and organization for efficient product assembly and test.

• Maintain warehouse condition by planning and implementing new design layouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in logistics and warehouse operation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or test center.
• Minimum of high school diploma, 2-year associates degree, or 4-year bachelor degree preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Proficient with MS Office based software tools.
