Box Office Ticket Seller| Part-Time | Snapdragon Stadium
Position Summary
The Snapdragon Stadium Box Office is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to work the ticket sales windows on event days. Responsibilities include assisting patrons with purchasing tickets and resolving ticketing issues.
Responsibilities
- Use a computerized ticketing system for walk-up ticket sales on event day.
- Accurately process payments for tickets while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures.
- Provide a high level of customer service and tactfully resolve ticketing issues with the general public.
- Aid the general public with accessing, transferring, and accepting tickets via mobile ticketing prior to entering Snapdragon Stadium.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling cash preferred.
- Engaging, enthusiastic, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Must have punctual and reliable attendance.
About The Venue
Opened in September 2022, Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat multipurpose venue serving as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave (NWSL soccer), San Diego FC (MLS soccer), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, NCAA and world championships, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events, and private special events.
Pay
This position pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00.
Schedule
This position will remain open until September 18, 2026.
