The Box Office Ticket Seller at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) handles Will-Call window operations and assists with various duties as assigned by the supervisor. Responsibilities include providing venue information such as event availability, pricing, seat selection, and parking details. Additionally, the position involves assisting patrons with mobile ticket issues and processing payments. The role requires a clean, well-groomed appearance.

Requirements

• Computer Skills: Fully comfortable using web-based customer service software and mouse control at a fast and accurate pace.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to interact with different personalities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stress Management: Ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance.
• Availability: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during race weekends.
• Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.

Physical Demand & Work Environments

• Physical Abilities: Stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; squat, bend, twist, push/pull; stand/walk for long periods.
