Position Responsibilities
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance
- Handles Will-Call according to procedures
- Efficiently and courteously answer questions concerning event availability, pricing, seat selection, scheduling and parking
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
- Able to work independently and handle most questions without assistance
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager

- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Able to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
- Effectively communicate in English, both written and oral forms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday's as needed
- Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months experience with customer service and cash handling
- Previous experience in a similar type entertainment venue. Ticketmaster Experience Preferred
