About the role

This role is at the Cash Handling, Bank Procedures and Check-out Procedures department within Live Nation Concerts. The position involves maintaining superior customer service, handling phone calls, running ticket programs, processing paperwork, and managing knowledge of talent and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior customer service both in person and over the phone
• Answer phone with prompt and courteous attitude
• Handle Guest Relations
• Operate Will Call Window
• Run Ticket Program on Computer for Sales
• Process Opening and Closing Paperwork
• Manage Knowledge of Talent and Entertainment
• Have a positive attitude
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance

Requirements

• Working Knowledge of Phone Handling, Cashiering, Customer Service
• Entry level knowledge of basic computer operation and Point of Sales systems
• Skills in guest relations, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, multi-task environment, attention to detail
• Ability to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• High School Diploma preferred
• Previous Ticketing experience
• Working knowledge of Windows based PC programs

Qualifications

Physical Demands/Working Environment: Fast-paced environment requiring repetitive use of arms for answering busy phones and typing. No special equipment or protective gear is required.

Pay

The expected compensation for this position is $16.60 USD - $20.00 USD per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
