Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their show ticket needs
• Process and verify credit card and cash transactions
• Maintain constant surveillance of cash drawer to ensure accuracy
• Collect funds/documentation for tickets
• Answer phone promptly and with a positive attitude
• Work in the Will Call window
• Process opening and closing paperwork
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance
• Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering, customer service
• Entry-level knowledge of basic computer operation and point of sales systems
• Excellent skills in customer service, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, multi-task environment, attention to detail
• Ability to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume, and sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous ticketing experience preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to adhere to all safety measures and policies
