Box Office Manager
for section headings. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Keep substantive info.
We need sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about company: "Legends Global brings a 360-degree...". That's about the company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have:
- Responsibilities: "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list many bullet-like sentences. We'll put under Responsibilities
with - each duty.
- Qualifications: includes Education And/Or Experience, etc. Could be under
Qualifications
.
- Skills And Abilities: under Skills
maybe.
- Benefits: "Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan." This mentions compensation and benefits. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits package. It mentions salary but says "competitive salary, commensurate with experience" which is vague but still mentions compensation. However we should not create Pay section if it's just "commensurate with experience" (which is considered filler). The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should not create a Pay section because the only salary info is "competitive salary, commensurate with experience". That's filler. Benefits: we have specifics: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, 401k plan. That's substantive. So we can create a Benefits section.
- Schedule: posting includes WORKING CONDITIONS with schedule info: "Irregular hours and travel between facilities locally may be required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedules". That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section.
- About the role: maybe we can include an introductory paragraph about the role/company. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine company overview into a short before sections, not as a heading. Or we could make an About the role section with that paragraph. The intro includes: "Legends Global brings a 360-degree, data-driven approach across planning, sales, partnerships, hospitality, and merchandise, working with top-tier clients to deliver exceptional experiences. We are also the world leader in venue management and live event production, oversees 400+ arenas, stadiums, convention/exhibition centers, and performing arts venues globally. before sections, or under
About the role
. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can include About the role heading with that paragraph.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no heading "Box Office Manager". Good.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. None present.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to drop the "To Apply: Apply at: ..." and recruiter contact, EEO statement, VEVRAA, etc. Also drop "NOTE: The essential responsibilities..." etc. Also drop "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" maybe? That's not a required heading but could be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about physical demands but not in the list of headings. The instruction: we can include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. Physical demands is specific but not one of the suggested headings. Should we include it? The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use those headings for those sections; other headings maybe not needed. Physical demands could be omitted as it's not required. Better to omit to keep to prescribed sections.
Similarly "WORKING CONDITIONS" includes schedule and location etc. We'll extract schedule info into Schedule section; location maybe not needed. Could drop location.
