As a Studio Manager, you will oversee all studio functionality, including sales, operations, and member services. Member Support Specialists will report directly to you, and you will report to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
- Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into free introductory classes
- Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Manage staff schedules and ensure accurate inventory counts for studio retail/products
- Lead, manage, and hold Member Support Specialists accountable
- Proficiently use Club Ready for revenue reports, attendance reports, and other data management tasks
- Make independent decisions related to high-level customer service
- Collect outstanding dues and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Confidence in generating personal sales and training team members in sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the leadership team
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills (in person, on the telephone, and via email)
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Passion for fitness and affinity for the Pilates method
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Willingness to grow and learn

- Salary range: $48,000–$55,000 (based on skills and experience)
