About the role

You're the first friendly face every new hire meets, and the person the whole company trusts to get the details right. If people and precision are your thing — this is your seat.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of HR. Handle day-to-day HR support, forms, and documentation, and be the first friendly answer to everyday employee questions — solving what you can and knowing exactly when to route it up.
  • Run the engine room. Process new-hire paperwork, status changes, and record updates, and keep HRIS data and files accurate, complete, and on time.
  • Make onboarding a welcome. Help every new hire start strong and feel like they belong from day one.
  • Help people through the big moments. Support benefit enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee questions — the things that genuinely matter in people's lives.
  • Keep HR in sync. Partner with HR, payroll, and benefits contacts to keep daily operations humming, and earn trust by being the person who always follows through.
  • Protect what matters. Guard confidential employee information and uphold the policies and standards that keep our people and the company protected.
  • Maintain the tools. Move confidently across Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, keep data clean across systems, and pick up new tools fast as we grow.
  • Leave it better than you found it. Spot ways to make HR run smoother — and speak up about them.
