Bootlegger (Performing Wait Staff)

About the role

Circa '21 is one of only two dinner theaters in the United States with a performing waitstaff. As a Bootlegger, you are a vital piece to creating an atmosphere where eating and entertainment are combined as an exciting experience. This is a tipped serving position in addition to performing.

Responsibilities

• Serving beverages, meals, and desserts
• Maintaining knowledge of POS and menus
• Rehearsing and performing the Preshow
• Helping with assisting guests to their tables
• Handling guest checks

Qualifications

• Previous performance experience required
• Previous experience in food industry preferred
• Able to be on feet for 3-6 hours
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be soprano or alto voice
• Flexible availability for rehearsal schedules, performances and show days
