You play a critical role in managing the financial health of an organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review and reconcile bank statements and accounts to guarantee accuracy
• Administer daily financial processes and maintain precise documentation
• Compile and share financial reports with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making
• Explore ways to enhance processes and apply effective bookkeeping strategies
• Administer compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies

Qualifications

• Meticulous and organized in managing tasks
• Familiarity with counting tools such as QuickBooks is required
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping
