What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Auxiliary with month-end close activities
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports and support financial analysis
- Ensure records are organized, accurate, and audit-ready
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
