Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices by project and cost category
• Maintain job cost accounting records and reconcile to the general ledger
• Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and collections activities
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting processes
• Assist with lender reporting, construction draws, and CPA documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or real estate
• Strong understanding of job cost accounting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Experience managing accounting activities across multiple entities
