- Process all invoices promptly and accurately
- Aid with monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Affirm compliance with organizational policies and relevant financial regulations
- Support general office duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in a finance administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
