Responsibilities

  • Process all invoices promptly and accurately
  • Aid with monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
  • Affirm compliance with organizational policies and relevant financial regulations
  • Support general office duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a finance administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
