Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Maintains timely entry and scanning of invoices and Payment Authorization vouchers
- Resolves invoice problems, including same-day correction of wrong vendor paid and next-day correction of wrong vendor paid
- Runs MAS4 reports weekly to clear outstanding invoices before month end
- Maintains and updates the Payment Authorization Voucher signature book
- Performs various administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the department, such as emptying full A/P batch storage drawers and filing batches daily
- Adds new vendors to MA03 and mails out “enclosure” checks
- Sorts and distributes “hold” checks and sends correction copies back to Office Managers
- Scans W9’s and cross-trains on other A/P duties
- Makes copies of all corrections made each day to invoices and PAV’s and provides copies to A/P Supervisor

Requirements
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Complete understanding of double entry accounting
- Operational understanding of routine accounting functions
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- Field of Study in healthcare related field
- Healthcare experience preferred

$18.69 - $29.89 per hour
