About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure systems of internal control are in place and operating satisfactorily to safeguard facility assets.
- Maximize cash flow and meet company accounts receivable targets.
- Act as a financial liaison between corporate departments and other staff (accounting, reimbursement, etc.) to support effective audit and compliance efforts.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in healthcare billing, preferably in long term care environment.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience leading the Business Office with strong Medicare/HMO billing expertise.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, billing, and accounting principles.
- Understanding of direct spending and labor budget management.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited college with a specialization in business or accounting.
- Public Notary certification.

Pay
