About the Role
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will organize and perform business office functions, including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records. We are looking for someone with business acumen, a team-oriented mindset, and a drive to build a positive culture.
Responsibilities
As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various business office functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.
- Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
- Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
