About the role
Browning Collision Center is looking for a skilled Body Shop Estimator with proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell to join their team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Submit supplements and assist with production as needed
- Obtain detailed customer and vehicle information
- Accurately report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Prepare comprehensive and precise estimates for labor and parts costs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Set expectations with customers regarding the timeline for repairs
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Provide clear explanations of completed work and associated charges to customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator
- Experience working with DRP accounts, particularly AAA and Mercury
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell required
- Experience with CDK software is a plus
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Computer literacy with a willingness to learn new programs
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
