Responsibilities

• Assess exterior and paint damage
• Provide customer service
• Write repair estimates
• Coordinate work orders between customers and technicians
• Act as a liaison between insurance partners, customers, and the repair facility

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and career-driven
• Positive, awesome attitude
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions
• Body shop experience (preferred)
• Shop operations knowledge (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
