Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting damage on vehicles brought in for repairs
• Providing accurate and detailed repair estimates to customers and insurance companies
• Collaborating with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
• Communicating with customers to address their concerns and keep them informed about the repair progress
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and excellent service

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive body shop estimator
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards
• Proficiency in using estimating software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage
• Certification from a recognized body shop estimator training program is a plus

Pay

$42,000 – $75,000 per year
