Bodily Injury Adjuster - Moderate Represented/Litigation (GA) - Remote

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with an attorney involved.
• Affordably assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels including voice calls, email, and text messages.
• Evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully using innovative tools and platforms.
• Utilize multiple tools to efficiently handle claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Execute policies and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous experience of 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling experience required.
• 2-5 years of current Georgia claims experience required.
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.

Pay

$53,500.00 - $84,625.00 annually

Schedule

This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is not available for California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington residents.
