Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers all while working remote. Responsibilities

  • Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved.
  • Affordably and efficiently handle responsibilities while working remotely.
  • Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages.
  • Utilize innovative platforms and tools to engage in negotiation processes to reach fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved.

Requirements

  • Prior represented or litigation third-party casualty claim handling experience is required.
  • New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania bodily injury claims experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of moderate/complex bodily injury claim handling experience is preferred.
  • Prior litigation claims experience a plus.
  • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently.
  • Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination and state regulations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.
  • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a plus.

Qualifications

Pay

Compensation offered for this role is 53,500.00 – 84,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.

Notice of Licensing Requirement

As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire. The Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.

Sign On Bonus

You may be eligible for a $1000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.*
