Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA | LBA | Adult Day/Residential
About the role
Bancroft is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within a framework of evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will manage ABA Specialists, conduct direct clinical work, and serve in a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and oversee all activities associated with the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
- Lead the development and implementation of Behavior Plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
- Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
- Identify training needs of program staff members and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
- Conduct/oversee team screening evaluations and intake assessments.
- Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
- Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required.
- BCBA certification required. New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required.
- Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred.
- Prior management experience is also preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
$80,340 - $94,666.21/yr.
