About the role

The Gloucester Program at Bancroft is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment. This role involves directing the development and implementation of behavior analytic services, leading clinical case review meetings, and serving as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and manage Behavior Support Specialists (LBAs in training)
  • Conduct and oversee team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments
  • Lead clinical case review meetings to ensure proper data review and discuss individual needs
  • Develop and conduct trainings to ensure ongoing knowledge and ability to implement behavior plans
  • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary care meetings
  • Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences
  • Serve as a clinical supervisor, implementing ABA and training/supporting Behavior Support Specialists
  • Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming
  • Identify training needs and develop/train accordingly
  • Work within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments/analyses, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in clinical research and work with leaders in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred
  • Prior management experience is also preferred

Qualifications

  • New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required
  • Experience with ABA and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Pay

$80,340 - $94,666
