About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessments.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations for intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
- Provide supervision and training to other staff members as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
