Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessments.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations for intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
• Provide supervision and training to other staff members as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
