About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct behavioral interventions
- Evaluate client progress and adjust plans as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
