Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct supervision and parent training
- Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication
- Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
- Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans
Requirements
- A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
